Unique approach to education
At Anasa's Madrassa, we believe that every child is unique, each with unique learning needs. We try our best to cater to each child's specific needs while still maintaining a loving yet controlled educational environment.
A day in our program
Our school is a primarily Islamic school. This means in the morning we do Islamic subject such as: Quran, Islamic Studies, Tafseer, Tajweed,Dua and Hadeeth. After this then the kids will continue onto the secular subjects. Such as: Math, English, Composition, Reading ,Science, Social Studies, History, Communication Skills,Spelling, Critical Thinking, Gym and Art.
Ages and subjects
We accept ages 5 and up, covering a wide range of subjects to ensure a well-rounded education.
Our environment and teaching method
The way in which we teach children is by a rewards and punishment system. Their punishment would simply be no trip or no going outside based on the how the child behaves. As for how they actually learn we make sure to give them their grade level work and depending on if they are above or below we make sure to teach them at their own speed. We also use a repetitive system for memorization. At Anasa's Madrassa learning isn't just for to pass school, it is to help you thrive in life.
